AIIWE has a formally constituted committee of 12 volunteer residents as listed below. The majority of the committee members joined AIIWE at inception in 2011 and as AIIWE members, they have collectively contributed in excess of R600 000 towards the safety of our suburbs.

The AIIWE committee exercises oversight of the public space security initiatives contracted in Service Level Agreement (SLA) concluded with AIIWE’s selected security services provider, Beagle Watch. AIIWE holds a formal monthly meeting attended by the AIIWE tactical manager and Beagle Watch executive management where a variety of security issues are discussed. This includes a presentation on crime activities for the month and reporting on key SLA deliverables and compliance to ensure Beagle Watch has adhered to all its SLA commitments. The SLA enables AIIWE to ensure accountability in respect of the contracted security services.

Participation on the AIIWE committee is open to all paid-up contributor volunteer residents of the AIIWE suburbs.
